Why would you get the roof cavity sprayed?

During the winter months we don’t tend to see spiders because it’s too cold. We find that they hibernate and nest up in roof cavities so it’s good to kill where the source of the problem is. This is also highly recommended if you have white-tailed spiders. White-tailed spiders can come down through your light fittings or HRV systems. They hunt at night time and like it where it’s dark and warm, and unfortunately that can be places like beds! In Australia they call the white-tailed spider a “Linen Spider” because it’s commonly found in beds.
